˚.⋆ Before you order..⋆.˚State first whether or not your commission will be for personal use, or commercial use.Please be advised that i may work slowly on your commission due to academic work. You have the right to request the current status of the commission. However if a project has a set deadline, please inform me immediately so this can be followed when the commission is underway.character/image references are required for all commissions. An additional fee of ₱200 / $10 will be added for those who will commission without references given. This additional fee has a chance of being lessened due to simplicity of the character design.Once the sketch is sent, you are free to request minor changes if you are not satisfied with the work. Any requests of changes after rendering that are major will have an additional fee depending on how big the changes are. You can request for any major changes during the sketch though an added fee will be included to the total. This is noted as alteration fee in the invoice.An additional fee will be added to commissions with complex design, this will be called as complex fee on invoice. This pricing will depend on your references and your chosen commission order.˚.⋆ Payrment procedures⋆.˚For local clients residing in The Philippines, 50% of the total fee must be sent after I finish the sketch, the other 50% will be sent once i finished the commission.If the commission costs less than ₱100 / $5, the fee must be paid before I start the work. You can also opt to pay in full first before i start the sketch. Payment procedure and additional information regarding that will be shared via invoice.For wise payments: Payment procedure is 60/40, but like local clients, you have the option to pay in full before I start the commission. You may request a formal e-invoice version from wise.For Merch: I will sending the final, non-watermark file of the commission after I get the trade items. You have the option to (preferably) ship the items after I send a 50% progress update on the work, or once I've send the watermarked version for final checking. This is strictly a non-refundable transaction and if not complied on the client's end in regards to shipping the items out I will be requesting for the work to be paid in cash instead. All merch / item trades will be monitored strictly in a seperate tab in my Trello.˚.⋆ Artist rights:⋆.˚Clients who commissioned with yumeships should state whether or not they're up for sharing, as I post all my commissioned work on social medias which serves as my samples and portfolio as I may or may not have mutuals who loves the same yume with a different sharing status. Since I'm not too educated with the general rules for yumeships, please let me know whether or not you're okay with posting the work or continuing the commission upon confirmation of orders. The artist will not be involved in any issues regarding the ship nor the commissioned work by the client as this is simply work. Please resolve these issues in private. I have the right to accept a commission without bias.I reserve the right to decline any order or client for whatever reason.Strictly no refund policy unless I don't meet the expected TAT with no heads up to the client a few days / a week in advance or for other valid reasons. TAT starts once I send the sketch draft.However, I have the right to cancel and refund a commission if I no longer want to work with the client.I have the right to post the work for portfolio purposes unless the work is confidential at the request of the client. Please inform me immediately if you wish to have the project be personal.Do not feed my commissions nor my art to any AI software programs. You will be called-out and blacklisted if done so.
